There were several issues related to obtaining this part. Some were related to supply chain issues. The part also sat in the ware house without being shipped for a period of time.
These issues aside, the customer service was excellent once I contacted Parts Direct and the late part was shipped within days. I’ll purchase again from this company based on their customer support when everything doesn’t go as it should.
